Delivery Issue
Update: I was able to get ahold of them via chat. The shipment was returned to the warehouse. They have created a new order and hopefully will send FedEx. Shoes shipped within expected time, but sat in customs for several days over the 4th of July holiday (expected). Now when I check for an update, the package is being returned because "Recipient not located at address provided. Item being returned to sender". How ridiculous is that!! You should ship to other countries via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. They have no trouble finding me!!! No way to contact you about the problem.
