No customer service!
One of the shoes I received last Friday is dented at the toe, as if a circle has been punched into it. I immediately e-mailed to the support address, but have not received a response yet. Chat messages on the website are also not answered. When I indicate on the website that I want to exchange the shoes I ordered on May 7, the website indicates that this is no longer possible because the 45-day period has expired. It is May 20. Cuckoo! So now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and cannot return, because then I have to pay for the shipping and I also do not trust the company anymore.
