Poor response from Omega personnel
The car was in a good condition, both with respect to ride quality and the cleanliness of the interiors. However, I found the behaviours of the staff at the rental outlets to be rather cold and unhelpful. They must have empathy towards helping out customers in case of any issues rather than answering questions like a repetitive machine. Any effort in this regard would be much appreciated.
