The platform has swallowed my money
My user ID: 3309695215 Although I have submitted the required verification documents, I am still unable to withdraw cryptocurrency from my account. Customer service told me last year that I would need to wait six months for the account issue to be resolved, but that period has now passed and I am still unable to withdraw my tokens. They keep asking me to provide the same information over and over again; I feel as though I am being fobbed off. I request that my account access be restored immediately!The authorities requested information related to my old cell phone, but since I lost the phone, I can no longer retrieve any of that information. My account has been frozen for over a year, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
