I haven’t even travelled yet and I can’t get hold of anyone to get additional information… first of all I didn’t even realise I used esky to book my flight…my mistake I thought I was on the wizz air website!!! second, the contact forms are a joke. There is no contact number that works, just goes through and automated system then disconnects me..everytime…none of the contact forms work, I tried multiple times to it keeps saying message not sent…. I had no intention of using these company in the first place.. but I will make sure I don’t make the same mistake a 2nd time!!! Crap service. No one to talk to!! What’s the point, just got charged a premium to book something I thought i was doing directly.. joke…. If you what to rectify this I suggest you provide contact details so I can’t speak to someone !!!!!!
