Reliable but room for improvement
Santanna has been reliable for our business energy needs, but their initial setup process was a bit confusing. The representative we worked with wasn't very clear about the contract terms, and it took several calls to get everything sorted out. Once everything was in place though, the service has been solid and we haven't had any billing issues.
