Don't use Accor loyalty they dump you in it.
We have been loyal Accor users for many years. Currently silver status. We booked on line in January for the Bordeaux Wine festival as we have done for a few years and online it said the booking was accepted. Arrived at the hotel to find the booking had been cancelled due to the payment not going through. No idea why but we could have rectified that straight away had they told us. Why did they not email us to say the payment had not gone through instead of just cancelling. Terrible service. The hotel found a room but is was not what we wanted and we spent a very uncomfortable 4 nights. Ruined what is normally a great weekend. We may have to think twice before we use them again. Watch out for this terrible service.
