Flexible and supportive learning and admin team!
Has been a good experience with plenty of support from the admin team and some good tutors; - as a former NVQ Assessor/Verifier I found the learning format and evidence production easy to follow, most of the hands on work has been delivered through volunteer counselling as a student. Flexible approach to attendance and was able to take a few months off to support family when needed last year, and slipped back where I had left off the following year. Good variation scheme for days when you might be on leave: can catch up in a different city/venue as Chrysalis operate across the UK. Well worth it!
