Coupon Problem
I like and appreciate free delivery and value coupons. The latest coupon I received said 10 boxes for $100 … and I had only recently purchased 6 boxes for nearly the same price so I was excited to use the coupon … problem, the coupon only allowed for the purchase of 8 boxes (24-count) of the single brand and type of coffee I like … there’s only one for me … Green Mountain Hazelnut Decaf … figured I was doing something wrong so I called … Sales rep suggested solution was to buy 2 boxes of that same coffee (12-count) … so in essence I was shortchanged 1 boxes of 24-count coffee and ended up with the equivalent of 9 boxes totaling 24-count. A coupon that says “buy 10 for $ 100” should allow for qty 10 of all the same coffee @ the 24-count size. And just for the record qty 10 in the 24-count size was allowed for the half decaf version of that same coffee … not what I wanted but it clearly demonstrates there’s an unexplainable issue with the coupon offer and my desired order preference for one type/brand/size.
