Used this company through Amazon I bought used phone, when it arrived, the screen was lifted As third party Amazon wouldn’t refund so had to go through the company Sent phone back, special delivery, to be told 10x days administration, then 5 x days to issue refund They have only just issued the refund today, not sure when it will appear in bank Avoid unless you can manage without £180+ for nearly three weeks
