Awful with refunds!
Have used SilkFred many times and never had an issue - although I’ve never had to return items before! I returned my goods on the 25th of July - 2 x packages. One package has been confirmed as received on the 30th July and still no refund. The other package seems to be lost with Royal Mail. I sent it via the 48 hour tracking, however can no longer view the tracking and Silk Fred still showing as waiting for return. Have gone on to the website - the bot can’t help and it said it would put me in touch with someone but no agents are online! This really is putting me off ordering again.
