I have asked Mr. Ben to help me with my membership but nothing, He keeps saying someone will contact but nothing, they are charging me for nothing and I won't pay a penny as I have cancer I have sent them doctors' notes but they are ignoring me rather help, I have stopped my direct debit coz health condition is so bad and my operation 9th of Jan so wish me luck Mr Ben.
