Everything is done through Chat…
Everything is done through the Chat feature at the website. That may take some getting used to for some people but it works pretty good. I've used Chat a few times since becoming a Twigby customer a few months ago. I've never had to wait long for a representative to connect with me. So far I have been able to resolve all of my tech support and general account issues through the Chat feature. The plus side? Have you ever been connected to a support rep with a foreign accent that makes it very difficult for you to understand what they are saying? I have many times over the years. That never happens in Twigby Chat.
