Your software. I have used your system for over 14 years. This year, by far, was the worst experience. Your rep blamed the situation on a "computer glitch". Realistically, it was your software glitch. I paid for a class only to have to pay again at a much higher rate. Not honoring the initial rate was bad enough. It is a long story. It was a cluster of crazy and not my fault, but I paid for it.
