It appears they are going into administration hence no redress payments are being made or new loans. I accepted a settlement offer on 5 August and waited until 28 days had passed yet nobody could provide an update. I spoke to them this morning and they advised I would not be receiving the redress payment and that I should receive a letter informing me of the situation by email today. All signs lead to administration!
