The ongoing customer service is excellent too
My wife already posted a 5* review following our installation in September 2023. My further review is to celebrate the fantastic customer service we have continued to receive. Salt prices are great and quickly delivered, and when we ordered a replacement water filter and I was not sure how to fit it, all it took was a one call and they walked me through it. Most recently, our softener was not working properly (our issue caused by a plumber who was dealing with something else) and after asking for help I immediately got a call from the team to help find a solution and then promptly came out to us to fix it. So not only do they offer great prices and service initially, the ongoing customer service is brilliant…. Another reason to use UK Water Softners!
