DO NOT USE THEM!!! Manager Maria is extremely unprofessional. She probably needs to change job fields. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and then acts sarcastic with you. I have rented cars in the past from other agencies and have never had a bad experience. I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER rent from here again. The wait to pick up the van was over an hour and all they could offer was a 5% discount for wasting time. They also charge you $20 to drop off the vehicle after hrs. I regret not reading the reviews in advance. Wish there was an option to not select a Star as they do not deserve one.
