Ever since Acquire Property is being bought out by John Shepherd, level of service has gone down. In 2 weeks, twice being let down for viewing a property to let. Process is a shambles as they can't view it when the property comes on the market and when the viewing opens we will call you back and no one bothers calling you until you called them to find out no appointments are available.
