Excellent Service
I have always had very good experience dealing with EWT. We had ordered water softener from EWT. We had an issue where the stop cock was not under the sink. The engineer who had come to fit the softener ((Atila) found a solution and installed without any problems. He was very patient and did a very good job. I had to also call up customer service to book and settle the invoice and the customer service agent (Steph) was very good at resolving the case. Many thanks🤩
