Awful customer service!!
I have been signed up for a monthly subscription of these tablets for months now, and every so often my order doesn’t arrive! When I’ve phoned or DM’d customer service I’m told my card was declined, yet there is always money in the account and no other direct debit has ever had issue taking money out. Furthermore I am never told my card has “declined”. I only find this info out when my order doesn’t turn up at the beginning of the month and I have to contact customer services, who then retake payment with no issue whatsoever. Now in January, yet again, my order has not arrived. I’ve lost my voice so cannot contact customer services via telephone, so I just subscribed again online to be told it’s an extra £1 per month to pay! I contacted the Facebook “customer services” who were very unhelpful and said that that is the price. I had to send a screenshot to show every other month I’d paid less. I was then told my subscription had been cancelled because my card has being declined again. No offer to resolve or retry the card. Yet again I hadn’t been told this until I have had to get in touch with customer services. Luckily there is an option on my account to restart my subscription at the old price as customer services were NO HELP!!!
