Never received my order
Never received my order. They didn't use my complete address, so it never arrived. I had to file a return in order to get my money back. Then they withheld the postage I paid. I wrote and left messages many times. Poor excuses. Had to go to Paypal to get the shipping fees back. Just now got posted to my paypal account. I placed my order on June 23rd and just now getting my refund. Never a "I'm sorry, we'll reship your order" or offered a discount for what I went through. Nothing. Leaving messages with them is ridiculous, they never return your call. I'll NEVER buy from them again. In reply to the company answer, it is not true. Pablo was the same person that answered my emails from the start. The only reason I contacted PAYPAL was because they were dragging their feet & some excuse about a one of their billing deparments was down. Weeks went by and then I got a notice from PAYPAL saying they never had a response from the company and did I want to escalate it. I said yes. A week later, I had my refund. Again, never a "we would like to reship your order". You would think if you were in business and you messed up, you would reach out to to the customer to make it right. Not american standards.
