Really poor customer service and I do…
Really poor customer service and I do get the feeling I'm being fobbed off by Lebara, because I genuinely am! I've been chasing a gift card since last June which was via MSE. I've contacted Lebara via live-chat, telephone, email and letter. I've still not received a reply, or the gift card. I did see a few replies on here from John-Paul Patten from Lebara, advising disgruntled customers to contact him. I did that last week but still no reply.....next stop, OFCOM. Companies shouldn't advertise gift cards as incentives if they're not going to honour them. I would avoid.
