Avoid at all costs
Awful experience with Direct Vapor. Placed an order on May 6th, items were said to have shipped on May 11th via "5 Strings Solutions." It's now June 3rd, and the tracking information has been stuck on "Out for Delivery" since May 14th. Attempted to contact 5 Strings Solution for help but got no response. Direct Vapor has a phone number listed for this shipping company but the phone number is out of service. Tried to get ahold of support at Direct Vapor but the only option is an automated chat feature with limited information and that orders can take 10-14 business days for delivery (today is the 14th business day from which 5 Strings claims the items are out for delivery). As an aside, experienced credit card fraud a few days after placing the order with Direct Vapor. May just be a coincidence, but I'm leaning toward that not being the case. Never again. Avoid Direct Vapor at all costs. Pay the extra money to buy from a vendor that you can communicate with and have faith that you'd get the items.
