Beware of unethical business practices
I had a frustrating experience with this company, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Recently, I was hit with an unauthorized charge for thousands of dollars for a renewal I did not intend to make. Their support number leads to a dead line, and the support page is inactive, making it nearly impossible to get help. What’s more concerning is the lack of timely responses to my inquiries. It feels like a shady practice to charge customers without prior consent, especially when they don't allow you to remove the credit card you have on file. This experience has left me feeling uneasy about their business practices, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.
