Christmas delivery guarantee not guaranteed.
Ordered gifts for Christmas from The Band store on 12/7. They said delivery guaranteed by Christmas if you ordered by the 15th. On the 19th it still hadn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service, which is a complete joke. I was told it was progressing as expected and it’s all good. I responded back asking if they were going to upgrade shipping so it would get here by Christmas and was given the same line. I responded back and said I wanted it cancelled and a refund. It shipped the next day and I received a response that said ‘thanks for being patient’ and that was it. It will not be delivered in time for Christmas and this company could care less. I don’t understand why all of these artists are working with this company that is clearly a joke.
