Die Erreichbarkeit ist miserabel

Die Erreichbarkeit ist miserabel. Karte funktionierte im Ausland zeitweise nicht. Dies meldete ich per Kontaktformular und bekam wochenlang keine Antwort. Nach dem Urlaub gab es Abbuchungen,die nicht zuzuordnen waren. Erneut Bank kontaktiert. Klärung des Falls soll bis zu 3 Monaten dauern. Telefonisch kaum erreichbar. Leider wirklich kein guter Support!
