Mixed experience - shame on you White Stores
Excellent service when we visited Cambridge – particularly Peter and his female colleagues at the front desk. We then ordered online and took delivery of a garden table and chairs only to find that the screws needed were not included. We then had an APPALLING encounter with customer services who ended up advising us to go to Screwfix to buy our own screws, and then telling us that we were not within our rights to cancel our purchase altogether. This is totally unacceptable and not legal. We figured Peter in Cambridge would see sense and he of course did the right thing and sent us the screws that day by mail. So thank you Peter, but shame on you White Stores!
