Can't understand why so much negativity... Was completely honest with all questions asked about my car when being valued over the phone with Richard. Not too far away so I decided to take my car to their Wakefield branch to be assessed. Paid in full exactly what they gave me as my valuation, no attempt at trying to knock the value down at all. Money In my bank in a few minutes
