Growth mould
The water filter machine was covered in mould inside and behind water jar after 1 year of use. After contacting support we were told that we need to test if the water from the filter is contaminated with mould ourself. We decided to trough away the machine. My verdict: no after sales support, potentially threat to your health, waste of money.
