I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this…

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this company to do any course with. Reasons : - when I signed up, I spoke to Mitzie whom I had spoken to previous before the sign up and made her aware I get paid fortnightly. So you would think she would inform debtsuccess and create a contract for me to make fortnightly payments. Nope. She disregarded that and had set up a weekly payments contract with me. - I didn’t know this at the time until I made my first deposit and as the following week had arrived, I was charged weekly payments and placed in arrears. - Although I had access to my theory (all three course of which I had completed) I knew I needed my equipment to do my practical work in order to complete the entirety of my course. I was told I couldn’t receive any of my kits until the arrears were paid - After many frustrating back and forth emails with Ernesto, I expressed I was annoyed from all this muck around and asked to speak with them over the phone to clear this all up, find some common ground where I am able to make fortnightly payments as well as receive the kits I believe I deserved - Ernesto had passed my emails on to Karen who continued to go back and forth with me through email. I expressed how I felt ripped off and the entire situation I was facing with both Mitzie and Ernesto. I told her that if I don’t receive a phone call or any help fixing this, I no longer want to take part in this. - Karen explained that her staff are good at what they do and said that she can arrange my kits for me but, that I’d only be sent one as she said that they’ve been able to change my contract to fortnightly payments instead of weekly but, that they need to keep on eye on payments to make sure it doesn’t jeopardise their business. - I said that if her staff were as good as they are.. there wouldn’t be this whole mix up in the first place. Mitzie and Ernesto would’ve made sure that my sign up and everything else would’ve been smooth sailing. Instead I spoke to three people through email just to come out with the outcome of Karen thinking I emailed to prove that I wanted to be right in this situation and terminated my agreement. DISCLAIMER : This went on for a whole month I didn’t want to be right. I wanted this company to show that they cared about the people that were interested in partaking in their business. I wanted three people ‘managing me’ to see where they fell short, how they made a mistake and what they could do to resolve the situation. I understand that they were only going to sent one kit at a time til I made payments (which wouldn’t have been a problem if they had set out my contract properly from the start) but I’m sure they could see how distressed and fed up I was. All I wanted to do was complete the beauty courses that I had signed up for & paid them off so, I could start my own business. Instead because, they didn’t want to deal with the ‘drama’ or accept where the errors stemmed from.. they terminated my contract. I am not a difficult person and I may not have a successful business like them. One thing I do know is how to treat customers, give them the absolute experience of a lifetime, figure out where things went wrong and find a helpful resolution that benefits both my customer and myself and hopefully continue trying to create a strong relationship with them via online.
