Deposit refund went through
I had to ship my car last minute on a holiday weekend and these guys were pretty great. They told me it was going to be hard to find a shipper but that they would try. After an hour they connected me with a driver that was going to get my car that night. After the driver canceled last minute, falcon promised they would refund my deposit. I was nervous because of the reviews here, but it went through today. Thx for being good guys!
