I went ahead through SkyScanner - chose you as the lowest cost. This was on the holiday break Saturday East Bank Holiday. It was only afterwards - when I committed to the big cost of trip to Oz at Xmas - that I got nervous about who you were. I had not received the immediate email confirming the flight details. I rang your number and the call was answered reasonably quickly. Gentleman re-assured me that the email would come. The email did come soon - with the flight details plus the ATOL guarantee. I felt rea-assured
