My mother in law sadly passed away in January, we had to put her flat on the Market, we live is Scotland so we needed an Estate agent we could trust to leave everything in their hands to manage for us. True to their word Tony is a great guy who went over and above to help us nothing was to much trouble, from arranging a gardener ensuring they done good job, involved with Gas company who were doing work in the area to ensure work got completed on the flat nd generally keeping an eye on the flat. Tony was always on hand answering our questions and keeping us updated throughout the process. What makes Tony stand out is his passion for his job, he is very professional and takes great care of his clients. I would recommend Ramsey Moore to anyone in Essex area. Lesley
