Avoid
Placed order online on Tuesday Morning. Website said Friday delivery. Called up to check the delivery could be met at critical to the job. Told to call back Wednesday if not received confirmation. Called both Wed and then Thurs. Finally told Friday could not be met (now too late to go with another supplier). Not only the timing couldn't be met, but one of the products specs would have to also change. Frustrating part is they take no accountability / shift blame as they are 'just the middle man' in connecting you to a supplier. I asked for the trustpilot link to leave a verified review and they refused. Do yourself a favor and go direct. They aren't any cheaper than several other suppliers. For a company who markets itself for meeting cost and delivery timing, have certainly not met the minimum expectation, very disappointing.
