I was so disappointed on tge arrival of the parcel. I was advised next day delivery. Next day no delivery j was advised the courier couldn't reach me. I was at home all day no phone to me. I had your call DPD they said someone will text you. I explained I needed the parcel as I was to deliver the following day. It did not arrive so I had to make my journey with no parcel. I feel I should have just driven to a shop snd purchased. It's a waste of time your company saying next day delivery and no show. I am very disappointed.
