I had a carpet delivered to me. So no actual packing required. All went very satisfactorily. Good communication. Well delivered. The whole process from one part of London to another took longer than I imagined it would, that is my only reservation. But I suppose they had to combine my delivery with many others. Everyone I had any contact with was very pleasant. I would use them again.
