Upselling eg proposed switch board…64 Kooringal Ave minor repairs
Upselling eg proposed switch board changes lead to confusion which resulted in verbal revision which lead to mistakes eg we pointed out the smoke detectors we wanted to use but somehow they were dropped from scope of work. One person is all that is needed to change light bulbs and install smoke detectors. That way you can reduce your labour costs and be more competitive. Despite the above the guys were very friendly and accommodating I will certainly keep Hornsby Electrics in mind for next time Best regards Steve
