Michaels store 2062 Seriously has to be the worst craft store I've ever gone to. The store was a mess. I was waiting 20 minutes for the only available cash register with only one person in front of me in line. The manager walked around doing I don't know what. I asked the sales associate if there was someone else to ring and she looked at me and completely ignored me. She was so rude! Finally someone else opened a register as the line built behind me. I asked for the rude sales associate's name, I was directed to the manager who still made me wait to talk to her. I asked for the sales associate's name to put in a complaint and she refused to give it me, telling me that she would speak to her and there was no reason for me to take further action. Worst craft shopping experience ever!
