Simon found us a great buyer despite the difficult domestic sale environment of much of 2023. Simon went above and beyond what might be expected when he made an innovative suggestion to keep the sales chain intact. This solution was great for the buyers and great for us and one which was easily implemented by the solicitors on both sides of the sale with little or no additional costs involved. Only someone with Simon’s rich experience of property transactions would have raised an option that is very rarely deployed.
