What a fantastic family enterprise. Kevin supplied and fitted our original Twintec water softener back in 2008, and after 16 years of great service and support there was only one place to go when general age related wear and tear started to take its toll. After discussing our latest requirements and receiving some excellent advice from both Sarah and Andrew, we are now the proud owners of a new Twintec and a reverse osmosis unit. Big shout out to Pete the plumber who did a great, efficient, clean and tidy job - working some magic on what was quite a challenging install due to some space restrictions associated with the cupboard under our kitchen sink, where we wanted both the softener and reverse osmosis unit located. It's time to get some block salt supplies in for the softener - which prompted me to write this slightly delayed review - and its a no brainer where to get that from too! Their salt supply service has always been very good and very competitively priced.
