No Boundary Stop Cock
Water leaking across my Neighbours Front Garden from the mains supply for more than a month and they could not shut it off. Why , because our properties have no Stop Cock at the Boundary ! Anglian eventually had to install a stop cock in the path for them but when I asked for a stop cock at the boundary to prevent the same or worst issue and enable us to stop water entering our land and property they refused to protect us by installing a boundary stop cock. If the stop cock in our Kitchen fails we have no second point to stop water flooding our Home or our Garden. I am extremely disappointed that Anglian Water will connect New properties without a boundary stop cock.
