I made an order
I made an (20 June) order, they said 1-3 days delivery. After five days I emailed them, after 6 days I emailed them, after 7 days I emailed and phoned them. I got a cursory reply with no useful information. They phoned, I got angry, they cancelled my order without reference to me, and are to refund me. I won't deal with this firm again. Update (6 July): They are sitting in my refund and not paying (even Paypal commented on this). Make of that what you will. But be advised that this firm has a 2.8 review rating. P.S. Paypal found in my favour. Result. I have been refunded the amount of the order I made. However, the Scottish Store has not returned the amount I paid them for postage, why does that not surprise me?. Update 4 Sept.: two days after mentioning the absence of my postage the Scottish Store has returned my postage. I think this shows the value of reviews.
