Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. We objected to the price initially but were able to reach an agreement eventually. I'm a bit of a water snob, so delighted to have drinkable water Finally. Installer, Phil, was fantastic. Had to clean up the previous installation related to the water heater in order to make access easier. The setup now looks like it was done by a professional. He explained how the system worked, what we had to do for maintenance, and left the site much better than he found it. Very Pleased with him and his work!!
