Good ol bait and switch with Sas
My wife and I first encountered these guys at Costco where they offered to make a key for our car, quoted us 200 then couldn't do it and had to get a special order that was going to make it $300 and we would have to come back. We told them no. Got a refund and as we're leaving the staff we're poking fun at us and frustrated that they have to give us a refund. Even if they are a legit company, do not recommend because these guys are just dicks.
