The absolute worst of the worst.
Flight from Tampa to Frankfurt – chaotic, incompetent, and unfriendly boarding that caused a delay, ultimately leading to a missed connection. No sign of regret – passengers were simply ignored and sent across the airport to a gate that had already closed. The non-existent onboard experience defies description.
