Thank you, Nina!
Both of my children had check-ups this week with Nina and she was absolutely fantastic! Although we hadn’t met her before, she instantly made them feel comfortable and at ease. She was friendly, engaging and took the time to involve them in everything that was happening during the appointment. A few days later my daughter returned for a minor treatment. Even though she was nervous in the waiting room, she wanted to be sure she was definitely seeing Nina again as "she was so nice and friendly." Nina explained everything clearly, showed her the equipment beforehand and even demonstrated on her finger what to expect. Throughout the appointment she constantly asked my daughter if she was OK and showed a genuine care for her comfort. Both of my kids have made it clear - they only want to see Nina from now on! She's not only very kind and patient but also very knowledgeable and informative. Thanks to her, getting the kids to the dentist will be a lot easier now. Thank you so much, Nina!
