Absolutely unprofessional and they don't care that they take full payment and don't deliver. They need to be reported to local authorities!!! No,follow up service, no communication regarding non delivery or delays NOTHING!!! Taking someone's money and not providing the service is a crime!!! Awful!!! My order 2 weeks later is yet to be delivered!!!!
