Finance with no Vehicle for 3 months+
We financed our Audi Q8 e-tron through VWFS in late April 2024. In early March 2025 the car developed a fault mid journey and had to be recovered, it was just over 10 months old. Over 3 months later we still don't have the vehicle with no indication of when the issue will be resolved 8th April 2025 we lodged a complaint was lodged with VWFS - 8 weeks later advised that they haven't been able to get to the complaint and will be in touch when they can… Dealership (Marshalls Tunbridge Wells) no help and refer us to VWFS. VWFS say go to FOS, but we can't as company not small enough! Had petrol replacement for 7 weeks suffering the cost, now have a 4 year old smaller e-tron with less range. We are paying finance for a high end executive EV which was 10 months old when the fault developed, but don’t have the car we are paying for and can’t get anyone to give us answers or even respond. We wish to return the vehicle and move on, but can’t even do that. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced!
