What ever you do your wasting your time…
What ever you do your wasting your time making a complaint. Because head office can not even get the town thair shop is in, I live on the south coast but the idiots think I live 145miles away in Stevenage. Thay are a waste of space especially the top management structure. Thay definitely need to go bankrupt. Please do not support them in any shape or form. Get them out of your town. As the co op has lost all thair members details to scammers, we need to set up a class action against them, because of two main issues, first the data protection act has been broken. But worst of all is the financial implications, due to the now very high risk each and every body will be facing now and in the future. Everybody needs to ditch thair members cards and boycott thir stores. Failing that at least change your co op membership passwords. Please you must cover your backs. Update 17th August 2025 I have received what I think is my first scam letter which included personal data. This was supposedly from DWP. In a brown envelope. Please check very carefully and contact/phone, the Dwp on an original letter. NOT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE NEW(could be scam letter.) So I think this is due to the co op data leak. Please take the time to watch scamintersepters on BBC iplayer. It will shock you how easy it is to get scammed. It's live charging for the very worst. Stay safe.
