Confusing pick up but overall great experience!
The airport pick up is confusing to someone coming from another country. There are signs for car rentals at the arrivals end of the airport but you have to walk to the departures area to catch the shuttle. Once we got the car, we were extremely please with how it drove and the quality of the car. It was clean and roomy enough for 4 of us. The company happily extended our rental when we found out that our flights had been canceled and rescheduled for 2 days later.
